Moreover, PVA could be biodegraded by special bacteria in the presence of humidity. Therefore, PVA was usually blended with biodegradable polymers to prepare biodegradable polymeric composites with better mechanical properties. Especially, the molecular structure of PVA with hydroxyl groups is similar with that of starch, which leads to the good compatibility of starch and PVA [4]. However, the presence of hydroxyl groups of starch and PVA would result in the difficulty of processing and molding because of the higher melting temperature than the decomposition temperature.

The results indicate that the electrical resistivity is elevated with the increase of pyrolytic temperature of PF resin. The addition of B4C decreases the electrical resistivity efficiently when the temperature is range of 700-1000 °C. Especially the composite is treated at tmperatures of 1000-1500 °C. The analysis of XRD spectra suggests that the addition of B4C promotes the arrangement of residue at high temperature. The arrangement reaction has not a direct effect on the electrical resistivity.

The SEM photo of powders (a) Ni60 powder (b) Ni-clad graphite powder Dry sliding wear tests were carried out with a ring-on-disc apparatus (MMG-10) which can work from room temperature to 800℃,the information of the apparatus was detailed in our previous work [9-10]. The stationary disk samples were coated with graphite/Ni60 composites. The ring sample was made of 45 carbon steel with a quenched hardness of HRC60.
